It’s coming to ps4. On the store page it says if you buy the ps5 ver you get the ps4 ver too. Capcom also confirmed it’s both. From the store page “This product entitles you to download both the digital PS4™ version and the digital PS5™ version of this game”. Good to hear. The ps app still says ps5 only.
